via the USB cord it never pops up! I click on "My Computer" and the device is not there! Sometimes it shows up and sometimes it doesn't. I have tried the 3 different USB ports, plugging it with the USB attached to the phone and not attached. I have also restarted the computer with the phone plugged into it and I still get nothing. I just want to get my pictures!! Any ideas? I just got this phone 2 months ago brand new since my last one malfunctioned so I don't understand!
