When I try to watch Divx videos they only load partially? How can I fix this?...

...Need Help.? I had Divx before and it worked fine. My computer was formatted and I reloaded it and it was fine then too except one video wouldn't work so I re-installed it and now it's all funny like this. It loads half way or less and then just stops. I have windows vista if that means anything.
