When I type something in my comuter, it dosn't get everything,.....and the edge of

the internet turns light!!!? I'll be typing and all of a sudden, the edge of the internet (box shape)...
And when I look up at the screen, it will only gotten a little bit of the words i put in...
How do I fix this?!?!?!?!?!?!
