...Internet explorer or anything. pls help me? when i use IDM to download something, i cant open yahoo, google or Internet explorer or anything. if i pause all downlads in IDM and start explorer it works. why is this. pls help me.
(I use 512k/ADSL connection through a router and a network switch.)
i used a bandwidth meter to see the bandwidth is ok, its 50KBps to 60KBps and the service provider said its the normel.
pls help me
