When I'm driving and hit a little bump my car feels like it's going to get out

of control? ? the steering wheel moves quickly when I hit a bump is it because my rear shocks are bad and whenever I go over a speed bump the car jumps a lot from the back, the car also has rims so what is it?

Replace thr reewar shoch/strut, and that will stabilize the suspension

...your front end is messed up... tie rods, shocks, accentric rods, ball-joints... lots of things to get checked out... and do it soon...

Suspension components, like your shocks, are bad. Get under there & look for any sign of damage, leaking oil from the shocks, & abnormal tire wear. Look for loose bolts, springs, & anything else that would look out of place.
