When is the best time to go to Amsterdam, Europe?

I have been to Amsterdam many many times, I want to go again and I want to go when it is decent weather. I was thinking summer plus there are more people there in the summer.

Summer is nice but it's the busy season with lots of tourists. I recommend spring or fall.
