When should I be off my period?

Okay so I just got my first period today...And on March 26th I'm leaving for vacation. Should I be off my period by then? I know everyone is different and all, but how long do first periods usually last?

well it will be on and off for awhile.. just bring some pads or tampons along

Periods don't last longer than 7 days.And since you JUST got your period, there probably won't be much blood (lucky!!! lol). Your period might just last about 5 days...So................yes you will be off your period by then.

Periods don't *generally* last longer than 7 days, but the first one or two can be unpredictable. I'd say, be prepared just in case!

Most periods last 3-10 days. If it's your first one, it probably won't last more than just a couple days. I'd assume you'd be completely done by March 26th.
