When will conservatives and republicans stop whining about abortion?

It's not like they're going to change anyone's mind. You can't give someone a death certificate who hasn't even been born yet, that's just common sense. So when will conservatives stop being a bunch of whiny little brats and worry about real politics and not make a big deal out of this non-issue?
 
It's a social wedge issue whether it should be or not. It's amazing how many people vote on one issue - but many do. Lately the Republicans have been seeking to pass state laws making it as hard as possible for women to obtain abortions. So it's still a vital issue and one we have to keep an eye on.
 
If they really wanted to stop abortions, then why don't they do something to stop men from impregnating women
 
They have a right and see it as a serious issue. I don't agree with them, but I do respect them.

America's ongoing devaluing of human life will never be a non-issue... Which makes it about more than just abortion.

That being said, I am not a one-issue voter and will decide on the candidate who best reflects ALL the issues that are important to me.
 
While I'm not a pro-lifer, you are basically admitting to being closed-minded on the issue.

At least you're honest.

It goes both ways. Frankly, that's why I never bring it up.
 
Looks like YOU are the problem, just checked the last 12 pages of politics questions and you are the only one bringing it up.
