When will T-mobile's 3g network be available in Hampton Roads, Virginia for G1?

Just wondering when the network will be up and running for the cities in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area.
The sales rep told me it'd be up in March or April of 2009, but he was pretty determined to say anything to get me to buy a G1.
