When will the demand for women to get equal rights be met with the demand...

...for women to contribute equal value? I don't see nearly as many feminists complaints demanding women to become more valuable contributors to society and the world as there are complaints about women receiving rights and being gifted accommodations. What's the deal here?
 
I definetely agree. I can do what a man does but i do not have to give nearly as much. Not all women are like this but there are the few that want all the rights but don't want to give.
 
Women already contribute equally. In some fields, like child care and domestic duties, they contribute more.
