Whenever i Laugh, I cough?

What is this? If i laugh too hard, its like a half cough half laugh,
I was thinking my voice is changing?
Btw.. Im a female,
Ant ideas to what this could be?
This has only started a few months ago, like in march,
And my mother smokes,
