whenever i try to download symbian belle from nokia suite it says nokia suite...

...is busy,, try restarting....? i download the software from nokia suite,,,, but when it goes to the next step (the backup process) ,,, it says
nokia suite is busy
there was a problem with backing up your phone. Please try again, if the problem doesn't go away, try restarting nokia suite

i restarted nokia suite,,, and the same problem occurs

what should i do????
