Where are the hazards in a 1988 Jeep Cherokee Loredo?

I know this sounds pretty dumb, but I would like to know because I cannot find them in my jeep. it has been rigged a lot, so I don't know if the Previous owner removed it somehow. Also, my haynes manual doesn't mention it. I appreciate all the help. Thanks in advance.
