Where can I buy a chihuahua in DC?

How much does a healthy chihuahua cost? Where can I buy a good one? I am tight on money but really want one. My vet business is not picking up good yet :( Oh well! anyway yeah :) I live In Washington DC Near the White House.

Ps I want a Apple headed one please :)
