Where can I buy a kickass costume for Halloween 2011?

I love Halloween and am starting early.

I also have money to do something elaborate. I made a Deadmau5 head from scratch last year.

Where can I buy a huge, cartoony, mascot costume or something that'll help get the party started this Halloween? I'm fed up with rinky dink shops. I'll pay up to $1500 for a costume.
