Where can I buy Durarara books, and, if possible, in English?

I think there's a manga and a novel if I'm not mistaken. I'd enjoy the manga more, but the novel's fine too. I heard it's mostly online and some people have translated, so if there's no books in English, where can I find a place to read it online where it's been translated? I'm learning Japanese next year along with Spanish and French but I can't wait for it xD
