Where can I buy SMALL earbuds/mic for DASH T-Mobile?

My DASH phone earphone buds are huge. The only *small* earbuds I can find are for listening only - no microphones. I don't want bluetooth. I just want plain old earbuds/mike with small, flexible buds, but it appears to be impossible.
