Where can I download bluetooth for my PC?

I have this friend of mine who owns a PC and it has an installed bluetooth. Are there any site where I can download an installer for it? Please help me guys. I need it badly. Thank you so much and God bless all of you! ^^

you need to buy the hardware first and installed it in your pc by hand. it should comes with a cd where you just install its driver/software.

If your computer has the bluetooth hardware then the bluetooth stack is already there. Just enable the hardware and the software gets installed the first time you turn it on.

Now if you have purchased a new hardware such as a USB Bluetooth dongle, then the necessary software (such as bluesoliel) should come along with the hardware. If not, then go back to the store and ask for it.
