Where can I find free downloads for my T-mobile Sidekick LX? And how do

I get it onto my phone? PLEASE :))? And is there anyway I can download stuff from my mobile web to my phone, or easier from my laptop and then to my phone? I should be able to figure it out :) Maybe lol but feel free to leave detailed info on how I do it hehe
