Where can I find Isidor in the Wiazrds Tower?

I am completing the Runescape quest "Myths of the White Lands" and have been told to speak to Isidor in the Wizards Tower. Trouble is, I can't find him. What does he look like and whereabouts in the wizards tower can I find him. Which floor? Which room?

Please help quick!! Thanks. :)
