Where can i find the ringtones i purchased for my iphone 4?

I downloaded 2 ringtones on my iphone 4, for my iphone 4. But then i restored my iphone, but after i put all the stuff back on that i needed and looked at my iphone after, the ringtones werent there. t hey werent under ringtones on itunes on my computer or on my phone. I then went on to try to get the ringtone on itunes on my phone again, but when i clicked it, it said i had already purchased it, yet i cant find the 2 ringtones. Where can i find them so i dont hav to pay for them again??
