odd buttons for 1/3/7 minutes? I used to have this really cool kitchen timer (I think my ex has it now). It was sort of flat, teardrop-shaped, green, and had a magnet on the back to stick to the fridge.
What was unusual about it was that instead of having +/- buttons or a full keypad, it had just 3 buttons for setting the minutes. I think the numbers were 1, 3 and 7. I think there was also a smaller button for setting seconds in increments of :15 seconds, probably a reset button too.
It was a really cool setup that looked nice and made it very easy to punch in a time - it seems odd, but you get used to it quickly.
Any electronic timer with buttons in a similarly odd configuration will make a good answer to this question.
