Where can I get a non-camera iPhone 4 for use in the restricted areas?

At times, my job requires me to travel to places such as military camps, government buildings, etc. Such places mandate that camera phones are not allowed in the premises, hence I would have to surrender my beloved iPhone 4.

Anyone can point me in the way to get a non-camera iPhone 4?
