Where can I go to get a job / career in concert and tour logistics?

I am currently working in the events industry as a transport manager, but would love to now work in amongst the chaos of concert / tour logistics in UK / Europe / USA. Can anyone point me in the direction of who I would need to speak to / send my CV to in order to get started or even just to get some pointers. I have tried all the usual job websites, and yes I have done a Google search etc etc. If anyone has any USEFUL info, I would be most appreciative. I am aware of the visa requirements for working overseas and all that it encompasses - I am purely looking for job advice here. Cheers all.
