where can i meet a nice girl without going to pubs?

I've just turned 35 and cant be bothered with alcohol anymore, i would like to meet a nice girl for a relationship. I'm a good looking guy, witty and have a good sense of humour but most girls seem to be either taken or the ones that are left are out getting drunk all the time, been single for a while now as i've been holding out for someone nice, where am i going wrong? I'm from near Glasgow and i'm a catholic, would like to meet someone that is close by and shares the same beliefs.

do a class, i studied silversmithin and there was 30 girls an me, the plan was to do silversmithiin but jus bein freinds with the ladies led to more ladies, then you proly been avoiding bimbos, why? if anyone has a problem with that then they jealous and if you have a problem with it then you just got await for somone nice...forever and be a boring fart and why arnt you drinking anyway, your british? you should be depressed enough to imerse your life in booze like the rest of us
