Where can I rent a Jeep Wrangler or an SUV with offroad tires in the inland empire...

...area? I need to rent a Jeep Wrangler or something similar and a pickup, both 4WD, both with offroad tires, and I'm having trouble finding a rental agency that can help.
 
I know you can get one in Moab, but that's 2 days drive. If you can't find something local, maybe try the Death Valley area - there might be something around there. Not much available as far as what you're looking for, good luck.

Try contacting a 4x4 club in the area, you may not be able to rent anything, but you might find somebody willing to take you where you need to go. I presume that you don't intend to do anything illegal here :-)
