This user is steals free themes, tweaks them and then sells them for her own profit.

She doesn't even have the permission of the real creators of the themes she sells.
I reported it to tumblr support but they refused to take actions if the themes aren't in theme garden.
I already messaged the user but she's like a sociopath.
