Where can someone under 21 purchase cooking vodka?

I'm trying to make a non-cream vodka sauce for homemade ravioli. Is there anywhere I can't purchase vodka specifically for cooking? Or will I need to have a friend purchase it for me?
I'm 19 so I can't buy straight vodka myself.
Also, what brand would you recommend for Italian pastas?
Correction: Is there anywhere I can* purchase vodka specifically for cooking?
