I'm a college student, in desperate need of a car. I'm a small sized girl so I decided that i would like something that's small and "girly". I really like the VW New Beetles alot- but there aren't any VW dealerships in the town in which I live. Since I'm a college student, I wouldn't want a brand new Beetle because I do not want to make payments over a long period of time. I'm trying to find something cheap (preferably >10,000 or >15,000).
