Where exactly is this "Marketplace" in StarCraft 2?

There's talk of this "marketplace" where maps can be bought, sold, and downloaded for StarCraft II.. Now that the game is out, I can't seem to find it anywhere. Is it included currently or will it be included later on, or is it on a website?

i think its on battle.net, or it wont be out for bit,since it was released today
