Where is a nice romantic place to go on vacation?

me and my husband will have one year married on June 28 I want to go somewhere in Mexico or an cheap perfect place to have a one on one romantic evening. I am looking to stay in a very romantic hotel ! where there's like a hot tub, beach, pool, restaurant ! something we will both enjoy :) I Would expect to spend about 2,500-3,000 on everything PLEASE HELP !
 
I think the two most romantic places in the world have to be Paris, France and Florence, Italy. I'm sorry I can't help with prices etc. as I don't know whereabouts you are state wise, but there are some beautiful hotels in Paris. One of the romantic hotels in Paris I know of is Chateau d'Esclimont. It's truly beautiful.
