where is flasher in 1989 chevrolet caprice?

my right turn signal only 'blinks' sometimes so the guy @ autozone said the cheapest thing to try first would be the flasher unit, it looks like a relay. he said it would be up 'under the dash'. I see two similar items, but neither want to come out with an easy pull. I dont want to break anything trying to replace this, so which one is it? Is there a place to find a schematic to the under dash fuse box?
