Where is the best live trader chat area for intra-day financial market activities?

I just want to chat with other traders. Yahoo message boards used to be good but surely there is something better now? Is there a good IRC channel or something similar? Somewhere where people post rumours and speculation, ideas, etc. Not just stocks but also forex.
