I am eligible for upgrade this month, I want to shop for my phone out of my state (CA), the reason I dont wanna pay a tax for a free phone I will get because of Californian stupid ugly regulations which require me to pay tax on the full retail price of the phone.
Can any body advice me where is the best place to shop specially online from another states.
I know one of the best choices which is www.wirefly.com
currently they dont have good offers, so any other ideas will be greats
