So as of right now where the anime is at. (tbh I dont even know if its on a filler or not right now) where would I start at in the manga to read on

Depends if you're talking about the dub or the original. If you're only following the English dub, the anime is about to start a lengthy filler after tomorrow's episode airs. In which case begin at Chapter 338.
On the flip side, if you are following the weekly releases in Japan the anime (ep343) just got out of filler and has now entered the Fullbring Arc. In which case begin at Chapter 424.
