Where is the blower motor for heat & A/C found on a1992 Jeep Cherokee?

When I bought the car, Both the heater and the A/c worked good, now after 1 year I have no heat and no A/C. I also lost the turn signals, even though the bulbs are all good and the fuses are good. Is the control for the turn signals found in the steering column? Thank you for any assistance you can give me.
 
Look in the engine compartment on the Right side of the engine mounted to the firewall.
 
The blower motor is usually located under the hood. It's that big motor on the passenger side firewall. You didn't mention if you checked the turn signal relay, which is usually located under the dashboard on the drivers side.
