When i put it into drive, 3rd or Low it wont change from first to any other gear, it just stays in 1st and revs really high when it needs to change but stays in first.. I'm trying to rule out what it could be I've heard a couple people say to check the transmission vacuum line that it could be cracked or busted. Where is this located?
