I'll be there on March 26-30. I'll be traveling with my grandmother and she's a very family-oriented person. Tentatively, we'll be staying in Shinjuku (still working on a hotel) but definitely between there and the Narita hotel.
Thus far, I'm planning on taking her to the Gyoen park to (hopefully) see cherry blossoms but it's probably way too early in the season. That's about it, everything else is up in the air.
I'm not sure who I'll give the best answer points to, probably somebody that can help fill my itinerary for the 3.5 days that I'm there. Anyhow, all help is appreciated, thanks!
