Where should I vacation in Oregon if I live in Washington?

I live near Seattle WA and I want to travel to Oregon for 5 days during spring break (late March). I want somewhere that feels different and possibly has better (dryer/warmer) weather. I am considering going to the ocean but maybe somewhere more inland would be better? Oh and it will have to be a cheap trip, and we are driving.
