Where to buy Naruto Shippuuden on DivX?

Basically I used to download the subbed Japanese Naruto episodes via torrent, but it's been a long time since I stopped watching the Shippuuden episodes.

It would take way too long to download all the Shippuuden episodes, so where can I buy DVDs with the DivX episodes burned onto them?

For one, buying a DVD with Shippuuden on it would count as piracy, unlike downloading the subbed episodes to your computer, which technically is not. Also, why do you use torrents when you can just direct download from http://www.cyber12.com/page-229.html or http://www.animea.net/download/562/Naruto+Shippuuden.html
