I live in Hartford, CT, USA. I love cooking and I wanted to try something exotic. I want to try cooking with Salmon Milt. Where can I buy salmon milt from? Some google searches reveal nothing relevant. There are some local trout hatcheries, maybe I could try getting trout milt form them as a substitute. But I think they would think me crazy. Anyone have any ideas?/
