Where to download the game of The Doll Palace?

I went to the site, thedollpalace.com, but I couldn't find what I was looking for. It wasn't exactly a game but it was where people hung out and chat. Maybe even enter some sort of contest where people have to dress accordingly to the topic and whoever wins, gets the outfit. You move around with a click of a button and people had to "whisper" to get someones outfit. It's been a long time since I've played it and I want to try it out again. I do remember I had to download it but it wasn't from thedollpalace.com.
