I'm Russian, graduating in June 2010.
I wanted to participate in JET Programme, but since my citiy's not a twincity of any Jap. city/prefecture, I've been told bluntly that I have no chance of participating, since they choose only "their" people...
1) Are there any websites where I can search for a job? And I guess preferably an Eikawa one? Or maybe Russian teachers are needed? Or just anything.
2) Do all of them require an interview or to be a native English speaker? I've been learning English since I was 3 anyway.
3) Any tips?
The failure iwth JET Programme ruined all my plans and kinda made me lose faith in government honesty... They made it sound as if it's my fault for being born in another city.
