where to settle for future :) and technology in asia?

i decided to settle in two places for future jobs technology enjoyment

that places are china

and japan what do u think u may suggest me for future settling i know cost of living in japan is more but its good

for future fun technology no crime neat streets

where to settle only in these places i dont like to settle in north america or canada etc

but i like asia say me which country will be rocking in future

for good skylines technology etc

and future thats it
