Which "Bleach" episodes are fillers?

I know it's a pain, but I am going to be a bit picky here. I don't mind watching the filler arcs (i.e. bounts). I just don't want to watch the episodes that are completely useless (like watching soul reapers make a f***ing cake!). So what are the episodes that have no baring on the story? (Once again, I do still want to watch the filler arcs because I don't care about the manga; I'm just watching the anime.)
