I just bought a new flat, not too big. Most of my furnitures are pine wood. They appear to be the original wood color. So what colors should I choose for my living room, bedroom, study and my children's room walls?

And what color should I paint my door of kitchen and bedrooms.

Thank you!

some neutral color like a form of beige or nothing to loud would look nice

What color do you like?
it doesn't matter what color is good for the house,
it's how you will feel comfortable coming home to this house.
Paint the house with color that fits you and your family, else your gonna have to change the color every now and then, which is a drag...

1] kitchen should be a fav color of the cook - I like yellow!
2] bedroom should be fav color of the person/people sleeping there - in a relaxing shade, maybe with bright or white trim? [ ex: light green with bright green and white accessories; light blue with hot pink, etc. ]
3] living room - pick one fav color for walls; and a second for upholstery, rugs, drapes. Repeat these colors in art and small accesoories like lamps, art, vase, candles
4] study - do you need a relaxing [ peach ], or creative mood [ terra cotta ] color in your study? Or combine them: peach walls, with rust rug and lamp, desk blotter
5] I like doors/trim in:
natural wood
white or ivory
deeper shade of wall color [ pink/ deep rose/ peach/rust, banana/gold, lime olive or mint/hunter green, aqua/teal, sky/bright or smoke blue, lavender/plum ]
