Which graphics card should I get? GeForce GT 430 or Radeon 6450?

I don't want to spend more than £40, at the most. £30 would be ideal. Not looking for anything fancy. Just want to be able to run Arkham City on at least the lowest settings.

I've found a GT 430 for £40 and Radeon 6450 for £30. Is the 430 better enough than the 6450 to justify the extra £10?
