Which is a better service: DirectTV or Dish Network?

I live in southern new jersey if it helps. I already have comcast digital cable, and i am fed up with paying WAY too much $ for little to no channels. FIOS wont seem to come to my town, even though the towns next to me have it. I hate parting with comcast because it has comcast sportsnet philadelphia, for the phillies games. If i switch to satelite, can i still get all phillies games still?

Which is the best service, and also, does these companies have OnDemand like comcast or something similar?
