Which is better... Adderall or Chewing Tobacco?

I am a college student with high-blood-pressure. I need Adderall to focus when I study. Recently I have been using Chewing Tobacco because It also seems to give me a little extra focus. I know both are addicting, Just wondering if chewing is a healthier alternative for me (with my high blood pressure) to Adderall when I only need to focus for a few hours.
