Which is the king of all pda phones. Droid X, IPhone 4g or the HTC EVO?

dude these phones are like all the same(minus the camera) how can you decide which one to go with? Paying the monthly phone bill isn't a problem so I can't factor that in to the equation. but it's always good to save money. I'd be ok with ATT,Sprint, Or Verizon. Long as I can unleash the true power of my phone.
